He is survived by: his children, Donald Westlake (Connie) of Sandy Lake and Deanna Westlake (Linda Bish) of Sandy Lake; his grandchildren, Falon Gervais (Erik) of Meadville, Stephanie Westlake of Stoneboro and Jeremy Westlake of Sandy Lake; his great grandchildren, Bella Cavelli, Connor Cavelli and Corbin Gervais; and his sisters, Janet Zimmerman and Esther Mae Mitchelltree. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
