He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Dick and Rose Dick (Krizon); and his brother Tom Dick. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Heim); his children, Howard V. Dick (Lynn) of Clark, PA and Rose E. Fulton (David) of Fredonia, PA; his granddaughters, Skyleigh Wheeler (Joe), Avah Dick, Taylor, Kara Fulton and Katie McCollough (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Thea McCollough and Willow Wheeler.
