Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Lebanon Community Church (4166 Mercer St, Sandy Lake, PA 16145). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Pat's name may be made to New Lebanon Community Church.
