With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Franklin McMillen of Saltsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on April 17, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. McMillen and Lillian M. Uphold McMillen; and his daughter Kimberly McKeever. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Clark McMillen; and his children, William F. "Billy" McMillen (Tina) of Apollo, Randy A. McMillen (Debbie) of Avonmore and Barbara Elwood (Greg) of Saltsburg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
