Kozub (Shirley) of Elders Ridge; her grandchildren, John Whetsel (Jennifer) of Enterprise, Michael Kozub of Templeton and Matthew Kozub of Elders Ridge; her great grandchildren, Mason, Madison Whetsel, Hannah and Connor Weiland; and her siblings, Tullio "Fritz" Bongianino of Blairsville, Vera Zilka of Tarentum, Gloria Locati of Maryland, Nancy Fox (Don) of Florida and Sandy Kline (Matt) of Virginia.
