She is survived by: her son Thomas Kozub (Barbara) of South Dennis, MA.; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Kozub (Kristen) of Drexel Hill, PA., Scott Kozub (Melissa) of Brighton, CO. and Tracy Grello (Christopher) of Longmeadow; her great grandchildren, Ellise, Nathan Kozub of Drexel Hill, PA., Addison, Noah Kozub of Brighton, CO., Samuel and Tyler Grello of Longmeadow, MA.; and her brother Daniel Kozub of Elders Ridge.
