She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Libengood and Elwood; her husband Albert R. Rugh; her daughter Marsha P. Nagg; her son-in-law Ronald V. Wagner; her great grandchild Landon T. Henry; and her brothers, Melvin Ridenour and Ralph Libengood.
She is survived by: her children, Lorraine Henry (Larry) of Saltsburg, Diane Gomia (Ed) of Clarksburg, Cheryl Wagner of Saltsburg, Kimberly Darby (Miles) of Blairsville, Cynthia Warren (Kris) of Barton, NY, Randy Rugh of Silver Springs, NY and Richard Rugh (Tara) of Saltsburg; and her grandchildren, Jarrod Rugh, Ryan Henry, Mitchell Nunamaker, Bailey Rugh, Jennifer Thounhurst, Jessica Heming, Michele Fanzo, Cortney Darby, Amanda Beatty, Amy Hill, Emily Kuntz, Gabriella Warren, Colton Nagg, Carly Street and Emily Collins. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
