He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schimizzi and Matilda Jane Schimizzi (Balsi); and his brother Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Lorie; his children, Jamie Basignani (Derek), Jodi Vestrand (Justin), Melanie Boland and Dana Kellar; his grandchildren, Nico, Elianna, Jackson and Ben; his siblings, Jerry Schimizzi (Barb) and Donald Schimizzi (Lisa); and his family Jim. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
