He was predeceased by: his parents, John Urban and Mary Urban (Dsam); his wife Gloria Urban (Chakan); and his siblings, John, George, Andrew, Samuel Urban, Mary Butt, Sophie Pierce, Margaret Steele, Helen Franklin and Susan Urban.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Urban (Alycee) of Delmont, Donald Urban (Denise) and Darlene Kovalchick (James) of Shelocta, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be offered in Jim's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 8th Avenue, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10001.
