Smail Hoffman of Saltsburg; his children, Nicole Bowser (Matt) of Worthington, Melinda Crytzer (Bill) of Ford City, Amber Suman (Les) of Spring Church, Jonathan Hoffman (Sarah) of Andover, OH., Kayla Hoffman (Rob Schafer) of Butler and Frank Hoffman Jr. (Sheena Yount) of Kittanning; and his siblings, John, Vivian, Anne and Cathy. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
