He is survived by: his children, Dana Hess (John) of Saltsburg and Deanne "Dee" Mengor (Frank) of Boardman; his grandchildren, Bobby Hess (Kayla) of Smithton and Frankie Mengor (Tiffany) of Canfield; his great grandchildren, Arianna, Dominic Hess, Nathan and Colton Mengor; and his siblings, Joyce Boggs of Greensburg, David Parson of Florida and Jim Parson (Donna) of Florida.
