He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel R. Sr. Astolos and Mae T. Astolos (Himes); and his former wives, Elizabeth C. Astolos (Bohovich) and Anna M. Astolos (Soles-Irvin). He is survived by: his wife Pearl M. Astolos (Ferretti-Meckley); his children, Catherine E. Barnes (Bradley) of Jeannette, Charles J. Astolos Jr. (Sherri) of Loyalhanna Twp and Shirley A. Wirfel (Thomas) of Mechanicsburg; his grandson Michael A. Astolos (Jennifer) of Level Green; and his siblings, Samuel R. Astolos Jr. (Nellie) of New Alexandria and Gay T. Hankinson of Saltsburg. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
