He is survived by: his mother Dixie Lee Morton Cessna of Saltsburg; his siblings, Victor Allen Cessna Jr. (Stacy) of Ford City, Brian Charles Cessna (Tina) of Pilot Mountain, NC, Tammy Lee Heilman (Bryan) of Solon, OH and Tracey Lee Ramsden (Ed Jr.) of Saltsburg; his niece Brittany Hill (Zack); and his nephews, Adam Cessna, Collin Cessna, Hunter Cessna, Lucas Cessna and Mark Cessna.
