With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ernestine Hamilton of Salona, Pennsylvania, born in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Detweiler and Anna Mary Detweiler (Gahman); and her aunts and uncles, Marie Styer, Blanche Bechtel, Allen, Ernest Detweiler, Emerson, Willard, Clifford, Edward and Ronald Gahman.
She is survived by: her husband John D. Hamilton; her daughters, Christine Hamilton of Williamsport and Sara Romero (Jes) of Trego, Montana; her siblings, R. Dennis Detweiler (Cathy) of Telford, John W. Detweiler (Kim) of Penfield, Roger D. Detweiler (Jaye) of Ellisburg and Marcia Weimer of Howard; and her aunts and uncles, Bertha Rush, Geraldine Ruth, Betti Christman, Donald Detweiler and Clyde Gahman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
