He was predeceased by: his father Edward L Niessner; and his brother Scott E. Niessner. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Ann Niessner (Ingavo); his girlfriend Colleen MacArthur; his sons, Luke Niessner (Kristen) and Steven K. MacArthur; his granddaughters, Eliana, Harper and Brynleigh; and his siblings, Victoria Hutchison (Gary) and Robert Niessner (Brenda).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harris Funeral Home (500 Cherry Ln, Johnstown, PA 15904). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
