He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela J. Judd (Allen); his parents, John Judd and Julia Judd (Mulzet); and his siblings, Stella Czar, Julia Silvoy, Theresa DeNofa, Margaret Dancho and John Judd.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Minger (Evan) of Allentown and William Judd (Jean) of Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Hilarie Orton (Dean), Everett Minger (Katie), Meredith Minger (Matthew Brunk) and Nicole Judd; and his great grandchildren, Isabel, John, Julia, Olivia, Teagen, Emilia and Evelyn.
