He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Eberts and Elva Eberts (Eckrote). He is survived by: his wife Kim Fogerty Eberts (Woroniak); his stepson Joshua Fogerty; and his sisters, Elaine Hyduke, Marilyn Shafer and Debra Eberts. He is also survived by four nieces and two nephews along with great-nieces and a great-nephew.
