He is survived by: his parents, David Hetrick and Angela Hetrick (Hetrick) of Salisbury, PA.; his brother Tanner Hetrick; his girlfriend Madison McKenzie; his grandparents, Wilma Hetrick, Louise, Roy Beal of Akron, OH and Douglas C. Hetrick; and also, Heath and Missy McKenzie. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
