He was predeceased by: his mothers, Bertha Botch (Oldham) and Dorothy Botch (Stemmer). He is survived by: his wife Catherine F. Botch (Rosevear); his sons, Johnathan and James Botch; his sisters, Sandra Pieller and Barbara Kuhns; and his stepsister Terry Roberts. He is also survived by nephews and great nieces and nephews.
