She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Negosta and Helen Negosta (Roberts); her husband James S. Short; and her siblings, Edward Negosta and Billie Jean Waters.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Frederick (Kimberly) of Avilton, MD and Sean Frederick (Dawn) of Raleigh, NC; her brother Robert Negosta of Aberdeen, MD; and her grandchildren, McKayleigh Wagoner, Cole Frederick, Ryleigh Frederick, Nataleigh Frederick and Samantha Frederick.
