With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Hersh of Salisbury, Pennsylvania, born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 20, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hersh, Jr. and Clara C. Hersh (Smale); and his brother George W. Hersh III. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn J. "Kathy" Hersh; his children, Sandra (Mark Wojcicki) of Adamstown, PA, Daniel R. Hersh, Jr. (Denise) of Allentown and John C. Hersh (Donna) of Whitehall; and his sister-in-law Elaine Hersh of Allentown. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; 2 nieces; and a nephew.
