He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bluebaugh and Hazel Bluebaugh (Hetrick); his siblings, Raymond Bluebaugh (Jackie) and Louise Hetz (Marvin); his siblings-in-law, Blaine Berkley and Barbara Bluebaugh; and his son-in-law Joseph Finzel.
He is survived by: his siblings, Miriam Berkley and Edward Bluebaugh; and his children, Roseann Wolfe and Roxann Finzel. He is also survived by three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
