She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael A. Petrakovich and Eva K. Petrakovich (Mortimer). She is survived by: her boyfriend William Bolez; her daughters, Michelle Schaffer (Jason) and Jennifer Dickert (Ralph); her grandchildren, Weston, Kendall, Hunter and Gunner; and her brothers, Michael (Darlene) and Mark (Robert).
