He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Deleva and Adele Deleva (Cinti). He is survived by: his wife Sharlene (Melendez); his daughter Naomi Leigh Melendez; and his brother Charles C. DeLeva (Traci) of Brodheadsville. He is also survived by many relatives, friends.
