"Doc" Stout; her children, Dale Jr. (Amy), Melissa Labar (Josh) and John (Crystal); her grandchildren, Kyle, Josh Jr. and Lukas; her sisters, Jean Yaglowski, Joan Schaffer and Eileen Reitenauer; and her cousin Jason Yaglowski. She is also survived by Nieces; Nephews.
