She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Smith; her parents, Harry Simmons and Florence Simmons (Cressman); her son Robert James Smith; and her sister Helen Reichel.
She is survived by: her children, Bonnie Smith of Emmaus and Rickie Smith (Roseann) of Fogelsville; her brothers, Robert Simmons of Bethlehem and Earl Simmons of Emmaus; her grandchildren, Eric Smith, Ryan Smith and Krystal White; her stepgrandson Brian Carl; her great grandchildren, Kyle, Hunter and Tyler; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Joseph, Brendan, Dean and Emily.
