She was predeceased by: her husband Irvin C. "Moon" Washburn; her parents, Charles Augustus and Dorothy Charlotte Wert (Goedecke); her grandson Benjamin Washburn; and her siblings, Jean Salvatore, James and Richard Wert.
She is survived by: her children, Michael D. (Beth Minger) of Champion, Andy J (Diane L.) of Center Valley, Donna J. Miller (John F.) of Salisbury Twp and Lori L. Pritchard (Brian G.) of Salisbury Twp; her sister Bonita Brong of Whitehall; her half-sister Joyce Viola; her grandchildren, Stacy Reiss (Kris), Nicole Shook (Brett), Tyler Washburn (Kaitlin), Kyle Miller (Valentina), Troy Miller (Aubrey) and Dalton Pritchard; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Barrett Reiss, Zachary, Nathan Shook, Hudson and Barrett Miller.
