He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Moyer and Anna Moyer; and his siblings, Alfred Moyer Jr. and Betty Kindig. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Moyer (Bryfogle); his children, David B. Moyer Jr., Ryan J. Moyer and Adam Smith (Amanda); his brother Richard Moyer; and his granddaughter Lily A. Smith.
