It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Dominic Mercaldo of Salfordville, Pennsylvania, born in Abington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic John and Lillian Mercaldo (Boorse); and his sister Mary Mercaldo Sutton. He is survived by: his sons, Louis D. Mercaldo Jr. (Mary Helen) of Perkiomenville, PA, Michael J. Mercaldo of North Wildwood, NJ and Christopher Mercaldo of Salamanca, NY; his granddaughter Carrie Clarke (LT); his great grandchildren, Piper, Aliana and Ava of Florida; and his sisters, Claire Mercaldo McGlade of Philadelphia, Lila Mercaldo Bittner of Florida, Nancy Mercaldo Calvanese of Philadelphia and Donna Mercaldo Primavera of New Jersey.
