He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothea C. Ball (Koethe); his parents, Joseph H. Ball and Isabelle C. Marschner; and his children, Fredrick "Rick" Ball and Patti Sue Ball.
He is survived by: his stepmother Thelma Ball; his son Geoffrey M. Ball (Katherine) of Telford; his grandsons, Geoffrey (Julie), Joshua (Shannon) and Daniel (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Katelyn, Gavin, Luke and Kelsey; his siblings, Frank Ball (Vicki) of Harleysville, Charles Ball (Shirley) of Harleysville and Isabella Kay of Deptford, NJ; his sister-in-law Janice Sherman; and his pet Millie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to The Shriner's Hospital for Children, 3551 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, PA 19140.
