He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fuller and Ruth Fuller (Barklow); his stepmother Vernal Fuller; his sister Chris Fuller; and his half-siblings, Alda Mae Fuller and Jack Barklow.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Shields Fuller; his daughters, Ellen and Marianne Young of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Kristin Reed, Terry J. Young, Katrina Bell, Sarah Young and Nathan Young; his siblings, Sandy Corlett of Mississippi and Thomas Fuller of Chambersburg; and his half-sister Linda K. Smith of Shippensburg. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
