It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sandra Barnhart (Saint Thomas, Pennsylvania), born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on February 28, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Kiser and Virginia Kiser (Black); her daughter Julie Lynn Taylor; and her brother Kimmerly Kiser. She is survived by: her husband Arthur E. Barnhart; her son James Barnhart; her granddaughters, Ashley Prindle (Andrew) and Amber Keck; and her siblings, Barbara Wallech, Sherry Shoemaker, Sally McKee, Wayne Kiser and Greg Kiser. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
