He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Andrews and Stephanie Andrews (Martinka); his wife Margaret Montgomery (Peggy); and his son-in-law Michael Mills. He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara Hammond (Tim) and Mary Mills; his grandchildren, Luke Hammond (Dawn), Joe Hammond (Andrea), Zachary Mills, Pam Hammond and Jimmy Hammond (Mishey); and his brother Jerome Andrews of Oakdale, CA.. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
