She was predeceased by: her parents, James D. Monn and Arvilla M. Monn (Rock); her husband Edward L. Powell, Sr.; and her siblings, Doreen Fickes, Mike Monn and Robert Monn.
She is survived by: her children, Vickie S. Grove of Chambersburg and Edward L. Powell, Jr. (Lisa) of St. Thomas; her grandchildren, Kristen Wingert (Tim Ellis) and Levi Powell (Kelsea); her great grandchildren, Allison and Aubrey; and her siblings, Erma Stahl (Jim), Mary Lou Rock (Joe), Alice Addlesberger (Jerry), Beverly Webster (Frank), John Monn (Peggy) and Lloyd Monn (Marcie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
