She is survived by: her husband Tim Perkoski; her children, Kristin (Jason McDonald) and Tim Jr. Perkoski (Kathy); her grandchildren, Josie and Jack; and her sister Susan Collins. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
