He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. "Buzz" Shatzer and Beatrice F. Baker Shatzer; and his siblings, Judith Crawford and James Shatzer. He is survived by: his wife Ellen A. Barmont Shatzer; his daughter Joyce Reed of South Mountain; his granddaughters, Jasmine Seibert (Todd) of Dry Run, PA, Heather Petit (Dave) of Bedford, PA and Tia Shearer of South Mountain, PA; and his great grandchildren, Robbie Girosky and Berkley Seibert.
