He was predeceased by: his parent Omar Edward; and his siblings, Omar "Sonny", Bobby Stine and Rosie Miller. He is survived by: his parent Clara Mae Stine (Tritle); his wife Linda Stine (Arndt); his son John L. Stine, Jr. (Bobbie) of Chambersburg; his stepsons, Matthew Stine (Angela) of Mercersburg and Cory Stine (Amy) of Saint Thomas; and his grandchildren, Abigail Stine, Aidan Stine, Blake Stine, Connor Stine and Presley Stine.
