He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hartman and Theora Hartman (Shuman); his wife Charline Bishop Hartman; and his daughter Shirley Ann Hartman. He is survived by: his children, Mark, Paul, Connie, Eileen and Joycelynn; and his sister Beatrice L. Rock of Chambersburg.
