He was predeceased by: his parent William J.; and his brother James P. Barlett. He is survived by: his parent Bertha F. Martin Barlett; his spouse Donna Kagle Barlett; his daughters, Dora B. Hovis (Ron) of St. Petersburg and Melinda Pennington of Ellwood City; his grandchildren, Aaron, Adam, Ryan, Ashley and Cheyanne; his siblings, Leroy S. "Sam" Barlett (Midge) of St. Petersburg, Dorothy Sloan (Don Ray) of Emlenton and Marlene Reisinger (Lewis) of Rockland; and his sister-in-law Connie Barlett of Dade City, FL.
