Bartley; his wife Deneice Lerch Bartley; his children, Amos Bartley (Heather) of Wexford, Matthew Bartley (Cherlynn) of St. Petersburg, Stephen Kriebel Jr. (Vanessa) of Shippensburg and Michelle Higgs (Pete) of Irwin; his brothers, Andrew Bartley of Boyers and Arnold Bartley (Tammy) of West Freedom; his grandchildren, Alex, Wyatt, Dominic, Benjamin Bartley, Will, Lucas Kriebel, Alexis Shirey and Brandon Higgs; his great grandchildren, Laken, Ellie, Gracie Higgs and Elaina Sacoulas; and his brother Adam Bartley.
