With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Eugene McCafferty (Saint Marys, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 9, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. McCafferty and Mary Dogostine McCafferty; his daughter Miriam McCafferty; and his sisters, Arlene Jeanette Kocjancic (John), Mary Lou "Billie" Novosel (Don) and Elaine McCafferty.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Justine Garbic; his children, Loree Brazinski (Paul "Bud) of Ridgway, Elizabeth "Lisa" Palmer of Indiana, William P. McCafferty (Deborah) of Phillipsburg and Jennifer McCafferty (Rodney Holland) of Courtland, VA; and his grandchildren, Benjamin Brazinski (Emily), Erica Mitcheltree (Nick), Alex Brazinski, Scott Brazinski, Chelsea Palmer, Rebecca Palmer, Amanda Bosnik (Jesse), Emily McCafferty, Olivia McCafferty (Christian Ordonez), Adeline McCafferty, Nash Warren and Luke Warren. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
