He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Benson Harris; his wife Joyce Mae Wolff; and his son Tracy Benson. He is survived by: his son Jimmy Benson (Suzette) of St. Marys; his grandchildren, William Benson (Angela), Jessica Stanley (Keith), Jayna Cunningham (Luke) and Jessica Wilson (Curtis); his great grandchildren, Airyana Scarnati, Levi Wilson and Ivy Wilson; his daughter-in-law Cynthia Benson of Daguscahonda; and his cousins, Naomi Maloni of Bennetts Valley and Ted Walters of Emporium.
