He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Passauer and Catherine Passauer (Beary); his wife Emma Passauer (Chipley); and his granddaughter Stephanie McIntyre. He is survived by: his children, Deacon Willard "Fred" Passauer II (Kathy) of Naples, Reverend Gregory Passauer, Louise McIntyre (Jeffrey) of Edinboro and Bridgett Passauer of Virginia Beach. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
