She was predeceased by: her parents, Linsey Shaffer and Elva Dempsey Shaffer; her husband Michael F. Mackcoviak; and her siblings, Goldie Bowser, Mona Lockwood, Shirley Plottner, Judd Shaffer and Lynn Shaffer.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven F. Mackcoviak of Kersey and Michael J. Mackcoviak of St. Marys; and her nephew Max Shaffer. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to a favorite charity of one's choosing.
