He is survived by: his wife Winifred "Winnie" Dornish Spencer; his children, Deborah Schaberl of St. Marys, Kim Bauer of St. Marys, Jeff Spencer (Renee) of Summerville, SC and Mike Spencer (Karen) of Inman, SC.; and his sister Dorothy Haberberger of Clive, Iowa.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, 4 great-grandchildren and 3 step-great-grandchildren.
