She was predeceased by: her daughter Autumn Hollen. She is survived by: her mother Nanette Smith Oakes; her children, Nicholas Thomas of Lancaster, PA, Nathaniel Thomas of Altoona and Jasmine Midder of St. Marys, PA.; and her brother Jason Oakes of Cresson, PA. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lynch-Green Funeral Home & Cremation Services (151 N Michael St, St Marys, PA 15857). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
