He was predeceased by: his parent George Uhl; and his brother Donald Uhl. He is survived by: his parent Helen Salter Uhl; his spouse Ruth Ann Ford Uhl; his daughters, Melanie DiObilda (Thomas) of Morgantown and Anita Nissel (Luke) of Treasure Lake; his grandchildren, Kara, Zachary DiObilda, Alexis and Mason Nissel; and his siblings, Francis Uhl of St. Marys, Margaret "Peg" Giordano (Paul) of Virginia and Marlene Uhl (Charles Miller) of St. Marys. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
