He is survived by: his daughters, Krista Gerg (Evan) of St. Marys, Stephanie King (Michael) of Castle Rock, CO and Jessica Erickson (Joshua) of St. Marys; his former wife Teddi Farr Mackcoviak; and his pet Boo. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
