She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore "Doug" Kohn; her parents, James Crooks and Jean Richardson Crooks; and her brothers, Jack and Edward Crooks.

She is survived by: her children, Sandra "Sandy" Stanton (James), Roaring Brook Twp and James Kohn (Eileen); her grandchildren, David Stanton (Maryann), Christine Owens (Bill), Brian Kohn (Deirdre) and Afton Kohn; and her great grandchildren, Madison Stanton, Fiona Kohn and Declan Kohn.
