She is survived by: her husband Monte Surat; her children, Tiffany Palmer (Jason Copp) and DJ Palmer (Jay) of St. Marys; her grandchildren, Dylan Palmer, Aiden Copp, Levi, Gwyn and Anthony Palmer; her stepchildren, Torrey Surat (Rochelle) of Texas, Jonathan Surat of Wyoming and Mariah Surat of Oregon; and her brother Doug Cook (Cindy) of Emporium.
